I went to IV Core Therapy after having the flu and did a vitamin drip—wow. I felt better almost immediately. The staff was professional, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re run down or recovering from illness. Will definitely be back!

I wasn’t feeling well with bronchitis and coughing. Went to Core IV Thrapy to receive the tri-immunity infusion. The next day I had more energy and felt better. As an RN the conventional meds helped they all have side effect! They staff was very friendly and helpful. I will return again!.
I wanted to share my experience with CORE IV this past week. I was in Reston Visiting from out of town for work for the week when I came down with the flu. On day two, which was Monday I was feeling horrible and my wife recommended I go to CORE IV which she has researched on line. I cold called CORE IV at 4:30 PM and asked if I needed an appointment. The young lady very apologetically told me they were about to close. I’m sure I sounded pathetic in begging her to help me. She quickly said she’d talk to the owner. She then promptly came back and said that they would wait for me. I grabbed an uber and headed straight there. The intake process was smooth and informative. I accepted their recommendation of taking the antiviral package and was quickly placed on a drip. I asked questions throughout and learned that CORE IV is not a franchise, but an original business model operating successfully in NoVA for the past 7 years. After the IV I immediately felt better but they said that was expected since I had been so dehydrated. They reminded me the flu virus had to pass and that the nutrients were there to help my body recover. That night was rough as my body fought the fly, but the next day I felt significantly better, which I attribute 100% to the IV and care I received. My symptoms persisted for 2 more days but I believe my recovery was made faster because my being able to be seen. More importantly, I’d like to recommend them because they didn’t have to see me. They are already a successful business model, but they saw someone in need and kept the doors open to make sure that I could be helped. For that, I am incredibly grateful and without hesitation would recommend core IV.
